DAY 1
2:00 pm Arrival/Check-in with the team. Receive Solana Sumner Shores wristbands and Welcome bags packed with merch and gifts from sponsors and other goodies, along with their SSS Weekend Itinerary.
5:00 pm It’s 5 o'clock somewhere, attendees will enjoy Happy Hour/ live music on Duval Street, followed by a Bar Crawl.
DAY 2
11:00 am Attendees get paired into teams based on their networking goals and get briefed on the rules of the Key West Kart Quest, a photo scavenger hunt around the island racing against 40+ teams for BIG PRIZES.
11:30 am - 3:30 pm Key West Kart Quest: May the best team win.
3:30 - 7:00 pm Take a break from the heat, take a nap, grab a shower and get ready for night event
7:00 pm Meet up at Thompson Island for bites and drinks at the Sunset Island Party.
8:00 pm Awards Ceremony for the Key West Kart Quest
9:00 pm Dancing & Drinks till 11pm and then anyone who wants to continue the party can hit the bars
DAY 3
11:00am-5:00pm Meet us at the Thompson Island House or get picked up at designated locations as we caravan in the Entropy Train to have fun in the sun at the Entropy Beach Day. Snacks, drinks, watersports, beach games for more prizes.
Free night for attendees to plan dinners or explore key west with those they have met along the way and further relationships.
